Morning Skincare Routine

Hi all! Today I will be sharing with you my morning skincare routine. I did a post about my night time skincare routine a few weeks ago which you can check out here. In comparison my morning skincare routine is very simple.

I start by cleansing my face. For this I like using the Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel. As you can see from the picture I have become a huge fan of this product and coughed up the money for the big bottle (which is quite economical when you think about it). It is a nice light gel with a slight lavender fragrance. The smell is kind of relaxing which I like when starting out the day. It lathers a little and is perfect for taking off any dirt or oils that accumulated on your skin overnight.

Then I go in with a moisturiser. I know, it is ridiculously simple. But it works for me. I don’t have a lot of time to get ready in the morning and that is also why my night time skincare routine is a bit more detailed. Depending on what I am doing that day, I will either use my Natio Daily Defence Face Moisturiser SPF50 or my Dermalogica Active Moist. The Natio moisturiser is a great sunscreen. It has SPF50 which is fantastic and it sinks in well, no oiliness or white caste on my face and no break outs either from this product. The Dermalogica moisturiser is an oil free moisturiser, very simple and perfect to use under makeup or when I will be inside most of the day and don’t need an SPF.

I would love to hear about your skincare routines or favourite morning skincare products. Please let me know in the comments below or link your own blog post on your skincare routine.

Thanks so much for reading. Christina xo
