I quite like doing Empties posts. It lets me reflect on what I use, what I don’t and what I liked or didn’t like about certain products. I hope you guys like them too. Let’s get into it!
Yes To Carrots Dry Scalp Shampoo: Not sure about this. I don’t think it helped my dry scalp very much. I preferred using this is a clarifying shampoo once or twice a week because it was a bit stripping. I don’t think I will be repurchasing this.
Seven Wonders Natural Hair Care Coconut Oil Conditioner: This was a really nice, thick conditioner. It nourished my hair really well and left it feeling nice and soft. My only complaint about this product was the packaging. Because the product is quite thick it took a lot of effort to squeeze it out of the tube. But the actual conditioner was really nice. If I can find it again I think I would repurchase.
Dusk Osaka Candle: Unfortunately this range of candles from Dusk is no more. I liked the scent because it reminded me of one of my mum’s perfumes, so it was a nice familiar scent.
First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads: Loved these. I think they really helped keep spots at bay and my face clear. They tingled a little when first swiped across the face, but I truly think they worked. They are a bit pricey, so once I finish my current toner I think I will splurge and get the bigger container of these.
Skinstitut Glycolic Scrub 14%: I did not like this. It was too harsh of a scrub to use on my face. I used it on my body but I didn’t like the way it felt.
Lush Jasmine and Henna Fluff Ease Hair Treatment: Oh my gosh, the smell of this is divine! I love this hair mask just for the smell, let alone the way it makes my hair feel afterwards. My hair always felt a bit softer, less coarse and smelt of this mask for a few days after. Will be repurchasing!
Body Shop Grapefruit Shower Gel: I was not the biggest fan of the scent of this but it worked well as a body wash, so what more can I say.
So those are my empties for the last few months! Let me know in the comments below if you have used any of these products and what you thought about them. Or feel free to link your latest empties post if you write them because I would love to check it out!
Thanks for stopping by! Christina xo
