Spring Favourites – Blogmas Day 1

Hello. Spring is at a close here in Australia so it is time to tell you about my favourites from this season that I used a lot and fell in love with.

Glasshouse Candle in Bora Bora: this was a birthday present from my friend Alex a year or two ago. I absolutely love this scent. It’s very fresh and citrusy so I prefer burning it in the warmer months. This candle has lasted me a really long time, it has great scent payoff.

Honey by Marc Jacobs: this perfume was a present from my sister a couple of years ago. I absolutely adore this sweet scent for the spring and summer. Although not cruelty free, I will continue to use this perfume up.

Body Shop Vitamin E Sink In Moisture Mask: I found myself reaching for this mask in spring instead of an oil for hydrating my skin. I tend to apply a layer after I wash my face thin enough not to look gloopy but thick enough to enable it all night to sink in. I find my face feels really soft in the morning.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette: this was a gorgeous present from my boyfriend earlier this year. I absolutely adore this palette and have been reaching for it a lot this spring to set my makeup and add a glow. I prefer using the shade on the left all over my face, the one in the middle for a highlight and the bronze one on my cheeks when I want to try and look a bit more tanned/sun-kissed.

Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in 01 Fair: this is my favourite concealer…ever. It was dirt cheap, I bought it in London after hearing recommendations from British beauty bloggers/youtubers. It is insanely pigmented and covers really well. I use it both on spots and under my eyes. I am going to have to search high and low online to find it in Australia or from somewhere that will ship to Australia. If you know where I can get it, please do comment below.

Those are my spring favourites. I would love to know in the comments what your favourite products were for the spring or feel free to leave a link to your latest favourites post and I will be sure to check it out.

Thanks for reading, Christina xo
