Hello! Welcome to another post in Minimal May. Today’s post is on my current go-to minimal makeup using only four products and one tool. It is a super simple look, but makes my skin feel natural and fresh.
I start with a decent coverage concealer under my eyes and on some spots on my forehead. For this I use my Collection Lasting Perfection concealer. I then like to use a loose powder foundation over top to set the concealer and add extra coverage to the rest of my face. I find this Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush foundation, when used sparingly, evens my skin tone and adds a nice finish to my skin.
To add some colour I like using a bright blush with some subtle sheen or shimmer. My go to is the Bare Minerals blush in Vintage Peach. It is a peachy coral with subtle gold shimmer.
To finish off the look I add some lip balm and brush through my eyebrows. I find adding a lip balm not only hydrates my lips but adds a nice sheen…at least for the first hour or so. Also, brushing my eyebrows adds a huge difference to how neat my face looks. So simple, but big difference.
So that is my super simple, four products and one tool, minimal makeup! I hope you enjoyed this post and be sure to stick around for more in Minimal May.
Thanks for reading, Christina xo
