Cruelty Free Empties – Mini Reviews

Welcome to another empties post for 2019! Let’s get straight into it!

Body Shop Body Butter in Frosted Plum: I adored this scent and loved this body butter. The texture was a bit more whipped than some of the other Body Shop body butters which I liked. It was a limited edition Christmas scent from 2017 – I really hope they bring it back in 2019 as I will buy 20!

Maui Moisture Strength and Anti-Breakage Shampoo and Conditioner: These hair products were quite nice. However, I think I need an anti-dandruff/more gentle shampoo so I may not repurchase the shampoo. But I would buy the conditioner again.

Jema Luxe Amalfi Coast candle: I adore this candle. It is hands down one of my favourite candle scents. I already have another one ready to go!

Body Shop Drops of Youth Essence Lotion: This was a really nice product that I used after cleansing in the morning before I put on my moisturiser/sunscreen. I am using a different Body Shop essence lotion at the moment, but I would probably buy this again.

Lush Eau Roma Water toner: This was a really nice, no fuss toner spray. It was refreshing and calming, especially in the summer.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream: I adore this moisturiser and will definitely repurchase it again soon. It’s a fantastic, no fuss, very gentle, very hydrating moisturiser.

Body Shop Body Butter in Vineyard Peach: I had a love-hate relationship with this body butter because of the scent. I found I would love it and use it for a few weeks, then get sick of the scent (because it is quite strong) and I would use something else for a while. So it took me a very long time to finish. I think I will stick to more neutral/all year round scents in the future.

Mitchum Deodorant: Solid. Does the job. What else is there to say…

Have you tried any of these products before? What do you think of them? Would you buy them again? Let me know in the comments below.

Thanks for reading, Christina xo
